1. General provisions
This policy describes the processing and protection of personal data on linguarius.ru.
The data controller is Individual Entrepreneur A. B. Gritsyuk, Tax ID 71376736069, Primary State Registration Number 315774600032550. Address: 6 Glinishchevsky Pereulok, Moscow. Email for personal data enquiries: for@linguarius.ru.
The controller processes data in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and other applicable requirements of Russian law.
2. Data processed
The quotation form may transmit:
- name;
- telephone number or email address;
- the contents of the enquiry;
- documents and files attached by the user;
- the page from which the enquiry was submitted;
- the date and time consent was provided.
The website may technically process an IP address, browser and device information, the date and time of a visit, traffic source, pages viewed, actions on the website and identifiers stored in cookies or localStorage.
Do not submit information that is unnecessary for assessing or carrying out the order. Ask the manager for a protected transfer channel before sending sensitive documents.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Information submitted through the form is used to:
- respond to an enquiry;
- assess the price and turnaround time;
- agree terms and enter into a contract;
- perform the order and deliver the result;
- comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations;
- protect the website and prevent abuse.
The applicable legal grounds include the user’s consent, steps taken at the user’s request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract and compliance with the controller’s legal obligations.
Website usage data is used for technical operation, storing the selected colour theme and, only with the user’s separate permission, analysing visits with Yandex Metrica.
4. Cookies, local storage and Yandex Metrica
The website uses localStorage to remember the selected colour theme and the user’s analytics choice. These records prevent the website from repeatedly asking for the same settings.
Yandex Metrica is loaded only after the user selects “Allow analytics”. Before permission is given, the counter code is not downloaded. Metrica may use cookies, an IP address, browser identifiers, device information, traffic source and actions on website pages.
The user can reject analytics on the first visit or change the choice later through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not restrict the website’s essential functions.
The analytics choice is retained for no longer than 12 months, after which the website asks again.
5. Third-party services
The interactive Yandex Map is not loaded automatically. A connection to Yandex is established only after the user selects “Show map” or follows the external map link. Yandex may then receive technical information under its own terms and privacy policy.
The controller may appoint service providers to host the website, deliver enquiries and perform orders. They receive only the information necessary for the relevant task and must observe confidentiality and information security requirements.
The website, form processor and email account use the infrastructure of Beget LLC. An enquiry is sent to the website processor over an encrypted connection and then delivered to the controller’s mailbox through Beget’s mail server. No overseas third-party form-processing service is used for this purpose, and the website does not maintain a separate enquiry database.
The initial recording and storage of personal data belonging to Russian citizens must use databases located in the Russian Federation.
6. Retention periods
- An enquiry that does not result in a contract is retained for no more than 90 calendar days after the last response.
- Files submitted only for a preliminary assessment are deleted no later than 30 calendar days after the quotation unless the user places an order.
- Information connected with a contract and completed order is retained for the duration of the contract and any mandatory period prescribed by law.
- Evidence of consent is retained for the relevant processing period and for as long as necessary to demonstrate lawful processing.
Once the purpose has been achieved, information is deleted or anonymised unless continued retention is required by law.
7. Disclosure and security
Access is limited to workers and contractors who need the information to answer the enquiry or carry out the order. The controller applies organisational and technical measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction.
Personal data is not published or disclosed to an unlimited group of persons. Cross-border transfers are made only where there is a lawful basis and the statutory procedure has been completed.
8. User rights
The user may request information about processing, require correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent and submit a complaint to the Russian data protection authority.
Requests and withdrawals can be sent to for@linguarius.ru. Please provide enough information to identify the relevant enquiry and describe the request.
Withdrawal does not affect processing performed before the withdrawal was received. The controller may continue processing without consent only where another legal ground applies.
9. Changes to this policy
The controller may update this policy when its processes, services or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at linguarius.ru/en/privacy/.
