1. Controller and method of consent
By actively selecting the consent checkbox and submitting the form on linguarius.ru, the user freely and knowingly consents to the processing described in this document by Individual Entrepreneur A. B. Gritsyuk, Tax ID 71376736069, Primary State Registration Number 315774600032550, address: 6 Glinishchevsky Pereulok, Moscow.
The form cannot be submitted without the checkbox. It is not selected in advance.
2. Data covered
This consent covers the user’s name, telephone number, email address, enquiry, attached documents and files, source page, and the date and time consent was provided.
3. Purposes
The information is processed to respond to the enquiry, assess the price and turnaround time, agree terms, prepare and enter into a contract, perform the order and communicate about that enquiry.
This consent does not cover advertising newsletters or bulk marketing messages. A separate consent is required for those purposes.
4. Processing operations
The controller may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, correct, retrieve, use, disclose to persons involved in the order, restrict, delete and destroy the information using automated and non-automated means.
Documents are disclosed to translators, editors, notaries, couriers and other contractors only to the extent necessary to assess or carry out the specific order.
5. Duration
Consent remains valid until the stated purposes have been achieved or consent is withdrawn. An enquiry that does not result in a contract is retained for no more than 90 calendar days after the last response. Files submitted for a preliminary assessment are deleted no later than 30 calendar days after the quotation unless an order is placed.
If the user enters into a contract, the controller may continue processing information required to perform it and comply with mandatory legal requirements.
6. Withdrawal
Consent can be withdrawn by emailing for@linguarius.ru. The message should identify the contact details used in the enquiry and request that processing stop.
After receiving the withdrawal, the controller stops processing and deletes the information within the statutory period unless another legal ground requires continued retention.
