Legal translation that stands up to scrutiny

We translate contracts, constitutional documents and court papers for transactions, disputes and official submission. Each linguist is selected for the relevant area of law and jurisdiction.

Where errors matter

We translate legal effect,
not isolated words

A similar term in another legal system may carry a different scope of meaning. We therefore assign work by subject: contract law, litigation, corporate records or intellectual property. A senior editor leads large projects and is responsible for the glossary and a consistent voice across every part.

01 / TERMINOLOGY

Consistent wording

Approved terms are recorded and used consistently throughout every project document.

02 / CONTROL

Details verified

Names, dates, amounts, references, cross-references and appendices are checked separately.

03 / SECURITY

Confidentiality

File access is restricted and NDAs can be signed with every team member.

Large volumes

Several translators. One consistent document.

When one translator cannot safely meet the deadline, the material is divided into logical sections. Names, company names, key terms and recurring wording are fixed before work begins.

The editor consolidates each part, checks cross-references and harmonises the language. A test passage can be prepared before a large order starts.

What we translate

Contracts, agreements, schedules and appendices

Definitions, party obligations, numbering and links between the main agreement and its schedules are checked together.

Articles of association, licences and corporate resolutions

We preserve legal terminology, authority names and the wording used in corporate resolutions.

Claims, judgments, opinions and evidence

Procedural documents receive close checks on jurisdiction, deadlines, details and references to evidence.

Powers of attorney, notarial acts and certificates

We check powers, names, dates, certification clauses and filing requirements.

International transaction and due-diligence material

One glossary covers the transaction set and keeps wording consistent across separate files.

Patents, trade marks and licence agreements

Legal and technical terms are checked separately, including goods lists, classes and licensing conditions.

Project terms

Can you provide a test translation?

For a large project, we can prepare a short sample to agree terminology and style before the main volume begins.

How do you handle revisions?

Comments that fall within the agreed brief are addressed at no extra charge. If the source or requirements change after work starts, the manager assesses the additional work first.

Can you maintain a company glossary?

Yes. For repeat projects we retain approved terms, company-name spelling and formatting requirements, and check each new document against that reference.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We can sign a confidentiality agreement on request. Only the manager, translator and editor assigned to the project receive access to the files.

Can a large set be translated urgently?

Yes, provided the volume can be divided safely among several specialists. A senior editor maintains the shared glossary and consolidates every part. We confirm a realistic deadline after reviewing the files.
